Mama/Champs weekend

Champs and I spent the weekend together a couple weekends ago and had a great time.  Barrett was out of town for the weekend with some friends in Charleston.   Champs and I were social butterflies here in Columbia!  Here are a few pics from that weekend.

After a play date at a friend's house on Friday late afternoon, Friday night we went to the Lindsay's for a bit.  Ann Mac and I rode together and got a kick out of the boys together in the backseat.  We put them in their pj's to go b/c we knew they'd be going to sleep as soon as we got home!

We had lunch with friends on Saturday.....Champs sitting with Olivia eating his lunch! After lunch, we went to Spring Valley CC with Melissa, Lauren, Mere & Olivia.

Sunday, we went to church, lunch and then back to Spring Valley but with Alexis, Pickens and Mac!

It was a fun weekend with my little monkey!

 

Everybody clap your hands!

I have been trying to get Champs to clap for what seems like MONTHS.  At least 3 months.  Well I came back from the grocery store on Monday night and Barrett asked Champs to show me his new trick.  Barrett clapped.  And lo and behold, Champs clapped!!  This was Tuesday morning showing off his new skills to me!

A very happy 4th!

This year's 4th of July was so much fun!  Champs got to spend time with my parents, grandparents, brother, his girlfriend and a lot of Mama and Daddy time as well!  He went on a boat for the first time, saw his first ever Pawleys 4th parade, went on the beach, and throughly enjoyed the new swing we put up at the beach house.  He had lots of good food in his highchair on the porch.  He played so well with everyone and had the best time!  Here are way too many pics of 2014 4th of July at Pawleys!!
