Fireflies

We had the best time going to a Fireflies baseball game last month with the whole family.   We had been meaning to get to a game for months, but finally were able to make it to a Sunday afternoon 5:00pm game!  Well low and behold a storm popped up and we actually lost power at our house around 4pm before the game was to start at 5:00!  Well we decided to just wing it and see how it went.  We ran out the door and hoped it wouldn't be raining at the ball field.  We weren't packed to the brim with all of our "supplies" but it didn't even matter - we had a ball!  I can't wait to go to another game with the boys!  There was actually a rain delay for at least an hour, but Champs was super into looking at the field, the gift shop (he LOVES a t-shirt these days) and finding the mascot!  And then we got to watch a few innings before getting bored so we checked out the bounce house area and the firetruck in the outfield!
