Champs loves his Mommy and Daddy so fiercely. He loves his Sammy and his Raffi still and even had a relapse of having to take Raffi to school again now that he's moved to the big hall and a new classroom that brought on a little school anxiety all over again. He loves to sing. He loves to run and he's fast! He does not love food - we'll have decent days and terrible days and I just hope it will get better eventually. He loves words and says so many! Some things he says frequently lately are "actually" - he says this all the time, "I just pretending, Mommy", ......(will add more - I need to make a note of all the things that make me laugh all day long)
Champs loves fire trucks, tractors, make-believing, bears, lollipops, donuts, MILK, barns, pirate ships, jumping, his family, climbing, the park, the ocean, t-shirts, swimming (with puddle jumper still), cuddling, the grocery store (ironically since doesn't like food very much), blankets, musical instruments, making tents/forts, markers and way too many tv shows than I care to mention. His favorites are Goldie & Bear, Jake and the Neverland Pirates, Daniel Tiger and Peppa Pig. He'll still go for some Mickey too.
Champs does NOT love brushing his teeth, eating anything healthy, too loud of noises, thunder, "scary monstas", taking medicine and being told "no."
Champs is still such a baby in so many ways. I will cry when he starts pronouncing all of his words correctly. Though he's very verbal and speaks really well, he says so many words like downstairs, Bear, chair, etc with no r and makes him sound like such a baby. Same goes for doctor, tractor, conductor all sound like "docta". :)
This little boy is our heart. It's hard to remember what our life was like before him or what on earth we did with our time. He brings us so many joy and laughter and fulfills our life in ways we never knew possible! I pray for him that he will keep his innocence and optimism for many many years.
