St Patty's Week!

Last week was a great week.  The weather was awesome.  I love seeing Champs' legs out again, even if they are pasty white and goodness knows I love a baby in a bubble so loved breaking out all the bubbles for Jack!

I discovered a great new nursery (plants) last week.  I loaded up all the boys and headed there to get some new plants for my planters out front.  Champs was DELIGHTED to see they had a skid steer (I would have had no idea what that was before having a little boy) and immediately wanted to get on it.  His day was made when the guy working there told him he'd let him go for a ride as long as Mommy was okay with it.  Like I could say no!!

Helping me load up the plants so he could get to the "digga" (Digger truck)

Little boy in heaven!  He let Champs really push the buttons and steers to lift the dirt!

I tried out the Baby Bjorn for the first time.  Jack did seem to enjoy it but he still felt a little wobbly in there.  Will try again in a few weeks!

Jack has really started smiling these last couple of weeks and I just love it!!

Poppy getting some snuggly time in with Jack.

The Spring Fling at Champs' school was on St Patricks Day which gave it a fun twist.  Here's Champs and his best buddy James.
He wanted to get his face painted the whole time we were there, but the line was so long.  Finally when we were about to leave I noticed how there was almost no line and knew it was our time.  Champs got a tiger face.  It's amazing how fast she does this!

Friday morning we went to the Zoo with Ann Mac, Townsend and Layne.  Whew!  Let's just say those boys kept us on our toes.

Friday night we celebrated Melissa's 30th Birthday.  Happy Bday, Mel!

Saturday we did the St Patty's Day Parade and then a hot dog cookout at the Bunches.

Sunday we had the very CHILLY church Egg Hunt!  Champs still has no fear of characters I guess you'd call them - he jumped right up on that Easter Bunny's lap.  He loved hunting the eggs too!

We are gearing up for Easter weekend!  We are hosting our families here for Easter lunch after all going to our church.  Need to do an update on what each boy is up to soon.  Will try to do that later this week or early next!
