Weekend rewind!

Few pics first from last week.  Champs got this new water table for Easter and we used it for the first time on that gorgeous 88 degree day we had last Wednesday.  Some friends came over with their kids and it was a great late afternoon! Didn't take any pics of the friends but boy were they cute :)

I went to Pawleys this weekend with some girlfriends and had the BEST time.  It was great to be able to really talk and catch up - that can be hard when we're together with our little ones.  Champs stayed home and was in good hands with Daddy on Friday and Sunday and KK & Boo on Saturday.  I loved getting pics of what was going on all weekend!

I was so excited for Champs to get to go to Touch-a-Truck on Saturday morning.  This is an event the Junior League puts on and is PERFECT for little boys.  They have every type of tractor, truck, bus etc and you get to sit on them!  Sandra and Ronnie said Champs was in heaven!  Loved getting all these pics!!

Sunday morning Barrett took Champs for a donut and a visit to the park. He said they had the BEST time!!  I think a little Daddy-Champs time was just what the doctor ordered!

Meanwhile, Mama was having a blast with these girls!

Easter Sunday

Barrett, Champs and I stayed in Columbia and went to our church on Sunday morning and then headed to Bishopville for lunch and another egg hunt at my parents house!  Barrett's parents joined us there too, so we got to spend time with both sides :)

Champs seemed to really "get" the Bunny and that he came to see him on Easter morning.  He was really excited to go downstairs and see what the Bunny brought!

Easter Sunday marked the first time Champs sat at the table in a booster seat type chair with us - no highchair, no using a tray - eating at the table!  Big boy!

All dressed and ready for church! Poor buddy had a big "Easter bump" on his chin, which is very par for the course since he is my child.  I have infamously had many many Easter, Christmas, Cup, Clemson/Carolina, etc etc ZITS on my face! haha  He still looked precious as can be!
